Whenever I get through to the staff, the care is great.
However, I contacted them to ask about a referral as the GP called me once and I missed the phone call. There NEEDs to be a way to communicate via email if your phone lines are always full. I need to update the surgery on things about my conditions which don't need to be seen by a doctor immediately. It is bonkers that there is no way of doing this. Please make your email accessible to patients? If we can't get through to the phones for hours, we will continue to miss things!
