Tried five times to speak to receptionist to make a nurse appointment for my 91 year old mother, each time on hold for over 7 minutes and 35 seconds when someone pick up phone and cut me off, Doctor sends notification to make appt yet you cannot get through so tore up the request and sent it back to the doctor in question
