I have been trying to get through on the phone for 3 days. I start ringing at 8 o clock. By the time I get through, which can take up to 3 hours, all the appointments have gone and all they say is to ring back in the morning. You can't even book future appointments for non-emergency medical issues!!!! It's an absolute disgrace. So we thought about switching GPs and then read the reviews for the others and they are all just as bad. The attitude of the receptionist was terrible and extremely unsympathetic and unhelpful. We realise that the service is under pressure due to COVID, and can even put up with long delays on the phone if you could actually book something when you get through.
