The doctor I saw yesterday was very sympathetic and understanding, my embarrassment was eased very quickly. The doctor made me feel very at ease and i could have told her anything, in fact I may have talked her socks off!!! I was sent away with a treatment plan and felt very confident that it would sort my problem out and if not to get back in touch. Overall, a potentially embarassing situation turned into a very positive one. I am very happy that I moved to this surgery.
