"Great practice "

Over the past 14 months I have had many interactions with the surgery. The receptionists have always been attentive and responsive. I’ve had a number of telephone conversations with doctors resulting in either referrals or prescriptions. One also resulted in me being asked to pop in as soon as I could get there for a cortisone injection which was done within 1 hour of the conversation. The nurses are effective, efficient and friendly. Twice ( I have a daily dressing change) they have asked doctors to come in for some advice, which they did immediately on both occasions. I cannot fault this surgery who have done their best in horrific circumstances. 5* review from me!
