Impossible to get an appointment, e-consult is useless! The worst thing is trying to get your 8 month old an appointment! Can’t get through on the phone, get told to go through the e-consult where it asks you to ask your 8 month old baby if they have any pain! Absolutely pathetic.

Then there is the receptionist who doesn’t care if you’re going through treatment which effects your immune system through a global pandemic, who is unwilling to help in any way as she is a jobsworth therefore making my mother go down to the practice when she shouldn’t be out to get what she needed sorted.

It’s been a terrible practice for the past 5 years and continues to get worse each year!

When completing the eConsult there is the option to complete it yourself and another option to complete for your child. We would like to check you selected the child option as this is usually generic questions about your child's symptoms.
