Impossible to get an appointment, e-consult is useless! The worst thing is trying to get your 8 month old an appointment! Can’t get through on the phone, get told to go through the e-consult where it asks you to ask your 8 month old baby if they have any pain! Absolutely pathetic.
Then there is the receptionist who doesn’t care if you’re going through treatment which effects your immune system through a global pandemic, who is unwilling to help in any way as she is a jobsworth therefore making my mother go down to the practice when she shouldn’t be out to get what she needed sorted.
It’s been a terrible practice for the past 5 years and continues to get worse each year!
