"Not the first time"

About: Grove House Practice

Been at this surgery for over 2 years due to proximity from home.

They aren't the most flexible with appointments.

Share the building with a 2nd practice (awkward) and the buildings very outdated and cramped. Not great with covid in mind.

The reception staff clearly hate their jobs and take it out on patients.

Regularly fob you off with medicine to speed up their quota, even if you've made then aware this medication hasn't worked prior. I went to finally get a referral for a chronic condition and nasal sprays are all that's given.

Worst of all I had an urgent mental health request 2 weeks ago, was promised they'd call back with an update in less than 4 days, here we are more than 2 weeks later. They do not care for patients here because of how busy and overcrowded it is with elderly patients.

If I wasn't moving soon, I'd definetley leave the surgery for any other nearby.

I was saddened to read that you feel we have not met your expectation on this occasion but as these reviews are anonymous it is difficult to investigate what happened or how to help you further. The practice has a robust complaints procedure in place, which will investigate and look to resolve the problem. This can be found on our website www.grovehouse.co.uk

Without excuse, some tasks have been impacted by the Corona Virus which has caused delays and challenges but we are working as hard as ever to deliver your health service.
