Called 223 times to get an appt. Last time I dialled the phone 155 times to get an appt. Using covid as an excuse is an extremely poor excuse. I have been with this surgery for almost 30 years. The service was never good but in the last 10 years it has been appaling. If I ran my business the way this practice is run, I would be out of business on a week. They have NHS money, they dont care. Just to clarify it's the management that have no idea how to run the business. I tried to complain a few years ago. It took me two years of constant calling and visits to the surgery before I was given an appt with the practice manager, who then white washed every issue I raised. I have tried to move surgery but no luck. I am now considering moving house just to get away from this surgery.
