I received a text message

To complete survey today

But it would not send

So placing on here

Number One For service

After being brought in by Ambulance

I was booked in straight away

No paper work to do

Then taken to a cubicle no waiting no fuss.

Nurses arrived no waiting.

Perfomed necessary procedures and treatments

Doctor arrived soon after

Gave me examination and

Ordered all tests required

Tests came back very fast

Doctor returned made sure

I could get up ok

The medications made me feel better

Then gave me the results of

The test

I was then free to go and advised to contact GP

I have contacted my surgery

They have all the results

GP can now do phone consultation

I had water and was offered

Sandwich

The Doctor and the Nurses

Were very pleasant and competent

The Ambulance crew were

Very helpful and run tests

In the ambulance friendly and

Competent to

Every one was cheerfull and

Relaxed lovley atmosphere

From beginngto end an excellent service.
