The nurses and other staff at the Royal Cornwall Hospital made me feel very welcome and comfortable before and after my surgery to have all four wisdom teeth removed today.
Anthony my nurse, my surgeon, Rick if I remember correctly (there were a lot of names and I don't have the best memory) and an anaesthesiologist and lovely assistant made sure I was well informed before the procedure and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions and continued to put me at ease with lovely conversation until the general anaesthetic took hold.
When I woke there were two kind nurses, Terri and Jan, in the room with me who immediately made me feel safe and well cared for. I continued to feel supported all the way up until my family member arrived to take me home, after a short time more of observation.
Overall very happy with all the staff and the care I was given during my time at the hospital.
