About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Covid Vaccination Centre

(as a service user),

I want to say thank you for the kindness and good humour of the staff at my second vaccination. 

They went out of their way to help me feel comfortable, even making me laugh with their wit and obvious happy personality.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness, the healthcare assistant was scrupulous in her cleaning of all the chairs as people were leaving.

All the staff and volunteers were smiling and happy and welcoming to everyone.  Thank you to everyone, you are doing an amazing job!
