"Unprofessional GP"

I made a telephone appointment as my eye was swollen and infected, the receptionist asked me to send a photo of my eye, I did not have their e-mail so the receptionist said she would txt it to me, which she did not. So rang again to ask to be sent the e-mail address and this time I got it, so took pics and sent them. When GP rang I explained what was wrong and asked if they had seen the pics, they very abruptly told me they would look at them and call me back. After waiting for another two hours with no call back I rang the surgery and was told they looked at the pics and wanted me to make another appointment for next week. I told the receptionist that this was totally unacceptable as I had an appointment with the GP already but was told there was nothing else they could do. Just a complete waste of time, this surgery has really deteriorated over the years and the GPs there now have a could not care less arrogant attitude.
