"Emergency dental treatment"

I had an amazing experience at the emergency dental clinic at the Dental Hospital in Newcastle. Huge thanks to Aurelia, the final year student who treated me, and to the consultant Caroline too for providing really constructive support to the student dentist. The clinic flowed brilliantly from start to finish, all staff introduced themselves and communicated incredibly positively both with me and each other. I was made to feel very comfortable during a filling procedure, and even though the filling was in a difficult position, the staff were all so caring, constantly checking that I was ok and if I needed a break. I was so impressed - thanks to all!
