being a patient in this practice has become increasingly frustrating.
Staff are inaccurate and sloppy (both doctors and receptionists). with appointments failed to be logged in and forgotten, request of referral to insurance not properly made, difficulties in having continuity of care due to staff leave and no cover arranged etc.). To rectify mistakes and inaccuracies is very difficult due to the phone line being busy all the time. I end up taking my lunch break off to rush there and queue at the window to talk to the receptionist. Care is non existent, superficial and sloppy. I am afraid the COVID excuse does not make any sense anymore. This practice has clearly failed to upskill and maintain patient care.
