About: Lingfield Surgery

My elderly parents moved to this area after having superb care b4 the moved to this area. My father was complaining to about persistent pain and change in his health. He called many times and was refused contact just given pain relief. The dr would not see him and during this time of calling the dr he went to a and e and eventually got the care and attention that this surgery refused to give. He was diagnosed with lymphoma a year after he contacted the dr who to this day had not seen him in person. I feel if they took the time to see him at the beginning his prognosis and treatment would be different. My dad is deaf and cannot hear on the phone. I even contacted the dr by email and spoke to the surgery and The hospital care has been brilliant but had we not taken him to a and e he would not have been diagnoseD. I think old people and my dad are being let down by gps not seeing the elderly. My dad is 88
