"So rude "

It's such a shame that one of the receptionist ladies let the rest of them down. I came today for my second vaccination and went through the main entrance as that's where I went last time and wasn't told any different for my second one so went through the main entrance only for one of the receptionists to rudely greet me with "Are you a patient." In a less than polite way, clearly frustrated I had come through the wrong way. I politely explained what I was there for only then for her yet again to rudely explain where I need to go, very condescending and clearly frustrated yet again. I understand this is a tiring and busy time due to the pandemic but a little politeness and a friendly attitude aren't that difficult to achieve. I suffer with social anxiety and was immediately made to feel nervous and panic, deeply disappointed.
