Waiting times to connect with surgery by telephone. Quite disgraceful. Do hope this isn't going to continue when the 3 practices amalgamate.

Myself and other local residents are now extremely worried about the future parking situation with thousands more patients expected in the local vicinity.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

Our telephone wait times are unsatisfactory and not where we would like them to be. We have seen a rise of 4000 telephone calls per month in the last few months and are continuously working on improving this and training new staff to help with this increase.

If you have access to a smart phone or a computer you can contact us online for medical and administration queries via Engage Consult which is available from our website or via the NHS App.

For anyone who doesn't have personal access digital technology our Digitial First Beacon site has Pods for patients to use to access the internet for Engage Consult and other health information.

With regards to your comments around parking, I have provided this feedback to Senior Management to review and hope since sending this to us it has not caused you issues as of yet. However, if you wish to discuss the issues in further detail please email me at admin.vmc@nhs.net.
