Waited 90 mins on hold after 32 attempts to get through - with no joy! Terrible service, no continuation of care. How they get away with this at this surgery I have no idea. I have screenshots as evidence.

We can only apologise but we did have a lot of problems with our phone system. on 7th September we had a new phone system. if you wish to speak to anyone, please ask for Kate or Debbie.
