I visited for a Glaucoma Monitoring appointment, which I have every 6 months. It was nice to be able to go to this practice, which was very easy and clean and tidy. The problem I do have is that this is the third time I have been for these appointments and each time I was told that I should not drive as appointment may involve using drops. This is very difficult for me as my husband doesn't drive and I don't have anyone I can call on the take me to these appointments. Luckily my boss at work offered to take me but I was not happy that yet again I didn't have to have drops, which means I could have driven myself. As the person I saw knew exactly what I was having done it was obviously know that I wouldn't be needing drops. I just think it could make people's lives much easier to have a quick telephone call the day before, or even the morning of the appointment, to say that they would not be having drops and arrangements need not be made to get someone to bring me. It would make sense to me
"Very convenient, no queues"
