While the doctors are adequate, the rest of the staff are awful.
You can be left on hold for ages, poor knowledge of reception staff. Endlessly given contradictory information.
This place used to be amazing but over the last 5 years it's really gone down in standards to the point where I'll be going elsewhere for my care.
The practice manager really needs to up thier game!!!
