"Disgraceful practice"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I have always heard and read of how appalling Queens Hospital is and I can certainly testify to this disgusting practice. No system in place at the Emergency Department. Despite given an appointment time of 11:40am by NHS 111, I wasn't able to see a Doctor until 3:30pm. Unfriendly staff at the reception desk of the Emergency Department kept providing me with wrong information of my position in the queue when I enquired. Queens Hospital is a complete disgrace!
