Waited all afternoon for a phone call only for 6.30pm to pass and with it all hope of help gone as no phone call. The receptionist was unhelpful and border line rude. Terrible practice would avoid at all cost. Now I face the wait to see if a dr is going to ring tomorrow and book me an appointment to get the help I need.
