"Bad service and no appointments"

I have called this clinic on numerous occasions to get appointment. I either wait in the queue and told I’m number 20 And then I get through to someone who says sorry we don’t have any appointments for today. Call back tomorrow morning or if it’s urgent dial 101... I call back and still no appointments available. I ask to book in for a future date and they say no we can’t do that. How the heck do you get to see a doctor. This is the worst place I have ever come across. You wait on the lines and sometimes you get cut off . Why is it so difficult to get an appointment here at this clinic !
