"Amazing forward thinking"

I would like to express my gratitude that through these tough COVID times Fletton, Peterborough GP practise has moved into a more technological based care, I can only applaud it and felt strongly enough to write this! Gone are the days of sitting poised to join the long telephone queue at 8:15 to be told “no appointments” for ailments I didn’t think myself or family needed a face to face for but it was the only option. Since e consult has been introduced I have received swift, thoughtful and considered care within such a quick timeframe, quicker than if I were sat ringing at allocates times. This was for both myself and children. I used the service for myself last week and was signposted for further testing, I sent an online request for my results a week later via e consult and had a response via text within 10 minutes! Fabulous service and I really hope it continues! Thank you to all involved.
