I was put into the wrong Clinic and they did not know until I told them. They then gave conflicting advice that did not fit with my previous diagnosis leading me to not trust the nurse giving me the advice. She also did not listen when I was giving the details of my case. I also found the person slightly patronising and there was no resolution apart from another appointment which meant another day off work for myself and my husband. I really don’t want to go back as I do not trust the admin, putting me in the wrong clinic. If I didn’t know my medical condition I fear I could have been having assessments and investigations that were not relevant. When I mentioned just having the test I thought I was there for they were not willing to carry this out, or even phone the people who referred me to check out what they wanted. All in all very poor and not good.
"Not good"
