"Unacceptable Waiting Time & Rude Staff"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

We were asked by 111 to attend the Urgent Care Centre at 10pm. We turned up on time to be told by a female nurse that waiting time was 7-9hrs!!! What kind of waiting time is that? To make matters worse we did not end up leaving until 10am the next day. We were in there for 12hrs just to get a routine x-ray done due to a mild concussion to ensure everything was okay. Earlier in the evening the same female nurse who told us the waiting time was very short tempered & was rude to various member of the public as well as being seen arguing with her own colleagues. I cannot accept at crazy 12hrs to get a x-ray. The waiting areas were never more than half full. I would rather we scrap the NHS & pay our own way like in the US.
