Bradford NHS Trust is absolutely dreadful, there is absolutely no concern shown for mental health, why is there ony a phone line when so many have hearing difficulties and struggle with phones?

I have been trying to get long term help for over 5 years, this is dreadful, what does a patient have to do?

Dear Stuart, I'm really sorry you are having difficulty with the phone, I understand how difficult that can be when you have hearing difficulties, and that someone who is experiencing mental health distress in that situation may need another way to make contact and get support. I understand you have been in touch with our Patient Advice and Complaints Team, and they are investigating this for you now. I will make them aware of what you've told us here too so they can include that in their response. Thank you for getting in touch and I hope we can resolve this for you soon.
