On the 3rd May 2021 I had my urgent appointment in Harold Wood Walk-in centre. I Parked my car in their parking place and after a few days got a parking charge notice to pay £100. Upon arriving to this clinic, nobody from the reception informed me about their parking rules. I have been trying to contact by phone 02034167722 to resolve my situation but only voice mail is going through.
