"Awful receptionist "

I moved from a great doctors at Ridgacre rd to here At Halesowen medical ,what a huge let down , receptionist very rude I would even go as low as vile trying to be little me in front of other patients ,so I asked for there complaints procedures, & doesn't look as if there is one , pretty sure the practices are know using as Covid for all excuses to not do anything that’s a fact
