For the last 4 years I have visited trevelyan house surgery I found all the staff very kind, friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I have been very disappointed on two occasions by the same staff.

I have been suffering from a severe back and neck pain for a long time and am in a lot of pain at the moment.

I call to get an appointment with the GP and unfortunately there was no appointment available for the next 10 days I was told.

Instead I was offered an appointment with the Physiotherapist.

I struggled to walk to the surgery and took more than an hour to do a 10 minutes walk which I usually do when I am pain free.

Great to my surprise I wasn't even examined and I was asked few questions and was told that the medication I was prescribed the before would help and if it doesn't I can call the surgery again.

And this is the second time in the last two years I was seen by the same staff and both time I had to leave the surgery with disappointment,and without any support.

We're sorry to hear of your experience with the surgery.

I believe my manager has already responded to your complaint sent via email last week, and has forwarded onto you the response from Surrey Physio.
