(as a service user),

I had a brochoscopy on Wednesday am by Dr Moan. The whole experience including the procedure and nursing care was carried out with the highest level of patient respect, care and wellbeing. The nursing staff in the ward provided constant reassurance and attention to myself and others. DR Moan assured confidence in the procedure at all times explaining every aspect of the experience clearly and delicately. 

A credit to this department.
