Have not had a review from since February 2019.

None review on mental health or a well Check and see how am Adjusting to the medication.

Still awaiting for my Allergy testing, was initially referred to the Queen Elizabeth, now it’s refer back to doctor??? Awaiting for test results on Endoscopy and about my new disease. Need Annual diabetes test, first and last was in 2020.On the 12/05/2021 between 12.00pm until 1.50. I have been calling nonstop off two phones constantly for 2 hours , to my prevail no answer as usual. The next step for me is to get a taxi and investigate. This is a common occurrence on a Wednesday. Neither it be the morning or afternoon. It’s so outrageous I don’t even have a doctor at this God forsaken surgery.

Bellevue has a robust recall system for patients with long term conditions in adherence to the guidelines for health monitoring of patients.
