"Excellent care with very helpful and friendly…"

From the moment I stepped into the Dermatology Department in the John Parkes unit on Friday May 7th, I was met with helpful and friendly staff. From the nurse who greeted me and showed me to the waiting area, through to the specialist nurse who examined me and took all my details, to the Dr who performed the minor surgery and finally to the nurse who spoke to me about after care, I could not have wished for better care. I felt very Covid safe all the time I was in the unit as every precaution was taken to observe social distancing. My appointment was for 10.45am and I was in the car on the way home by 12.15pm, having had minor surgery to remove a melanoma. I cannot recommend the staff I met in this unit highly enough. Thank you to you all.
