I received a text message to get in contact with them. I was on hold for 30 minutes when a gentleman answered the phone and was as much use as a handbrake on a canoe. I told him I had an appointment for Covid vaccination on Sunday morning and thatI didn’t need to make an appointment unless this one had been cancelled he repeated it to me five times and told me to calm down. Absolute rubbish and this is not the first time it’s been like that
