When I entered the Unit for my Gastroscopy I was very apprehensive and understandably nervous. My previous experience of the same procedure several years before and at a different hospital was very unpleasant indeed and I received no words of comfort or reassurance from any of the staff during my ordeal and was expecting much of the same this time.

Not so, I cannot even begin to make a comparison! I was treated with utmost care and respect from everyone with whom I came into contact. The unit, quite rightly, was/is run with precision, professionalism and efficiency, the genuine care they give is from the heart. Thank you to you all, from my heart. God bless you all.

Thank you for your welcome response. I was pleased to learn that my comments will actually be passed on to the staff concerned.

It concerns me that criticism is always offered (in many forms!), yet compliments, sadly, are in the minority.
