"Well organised Covid vaccination service"

About: NHS Shetland

(as a service user),

Well organised efficient service. All socially distanced.

Greeted at outside door with personnel administering hand sanitiser. 2nd person in hallway asking questions re health and emergency contacts. 3rd person checking appointment times, name and date of birth.

Directed to spacious hall with separate individual booths. Socially distanced queuing and person directing individuals to numbered booths.

Friendly and knowledgeable nursing staff explaining procedure and risks etc. 2nd time asked me any effects of 1st dose.

Busy centre but plenty of room so no crowding.
