No online appointments available, no receptionist before 12! Such a poor appointments/ follow up system. If you win the telephone lottery and get an appointment I hope your Dr doesn't ask you to book a follow up. Fireclay health fails to provide any primary care or GP services to anyone who can't spent 4 hours + phoning them.
