"Overall usually good"

I have always been treated with respect by the reception team, but one doctor has made me hesitant to book again. You can't book a double appointment, and I had a few things I wanted to ask about. At the start of the consultation I mentioned this and the doctor said, in a very rude and insensitive way 'well, we won't be discussing all of those, pick one' I have mental health issues and I have never felt so dismissed and hurt seeing a doctor in my life. I felt like a number, that I didn't matter. I need to speak to someone but haven't made an appointment since.
