This GP practice has been terrible for the last 4 years. The receptionists are extremely unhelpful and it makes you really uncomfortable calling them for an appointment. They really do make you feel like an inconvenience and always answer the phone with an unpleasant attitude.
The practice has not had a set Doctor for the last few years and will always have a locum who are very pleasant. Just a shame it takes begging on the phone to get an appointment and actually speak to them, even after a 111 referral.
