"Appalling experience making an appointment"

You have to wait on average at least 20-30minutes to get throught on the phone to make an appointment. Tonight I called at 6:10pm, was still on hold at 7 before I gave up. Not sure this was just on a loop and everyone had gone home as I was caller number one for 20minutes. Really unprofessional and rude to leave someone on hold if everyone has gone home. Doctors are good but the whole experience trying to get through to make an appointment is a joke. Very painful experience.
