Spent over two hours on the 'phone two separate occasions today trying to get through. Arranged a call back 'after 3.00' as I was working. My 'phone rang at exactly 3.00 and I did not get to it in time. They did not try again. I've waited over two hours for them today, and they couldn't wait for one minute for me. I tried to call back at 4.45 only to be told the practice is closed. I was advised by a friend who is a Consultant to see the GP because of possible blood clots following an Astra Zeneca vaccination, so really could have done with some reassurance. The GPs, once you see them, are generally good, but the access at this practice is totally inadequate. You don't even get told where you are in the queue now, just that there are 'numerous' people answering the 'phone. I waited 70 minutes this morning to get through and another 40 minutes from 3.01. I gave up in the end. I cannot believe that this practice has been graded 'Outstanding' by QCQ.
