"Shocking"

About: Greystoke Surgery

After begging a doctor to look into why my 4 year old daughter is loosing her hair. They eventually gave her an appointment to have blood tests. I got given some cream to numb the area to use an hour before hand which I done. We then walked there from kirkhill to wait in the waiting room 20 minutes to then be told they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the right equipment. My daughter has missed a day of school and walked quite a walk for her age and to walk all the way back home for no reason. I asked why they could not have just rang and told me in the morning and I was not given a straight answer. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking this further. That’s not the only thing, it had taken them nearly 4 year to refer my child to a peditrition for her bowel problems.
