We are truly sorry for your experience with the surgery.

We are aware that patients are having difficulty in getting through on the phones, but I can assure you they are being answered we can get up to or over 1000 calls a day. If a call is dropped that practice will call you back.

In regards to obtaining an appointment we do ask if it is an emergency or routine. If it is an emergency and there are no available appointments on the day them the reception staff liaise with the clinicians on site who will advise.

The NHS 111 service have the authority to book into our GP system, there are allocated appointment slots that the surgery in unable to use.

We are again deeply sorry and we are aiming to improve the service.
