Reception staff are rude when ever trying to contact the surgery (including pre covid). When asking for advise can be short and ignorant. They have no consideration to patients and there circumstances. It's impossible to get through and talk to someone to get an appointment, various times I have had the phone put down, cuts off or no one answers .
