About: Gateacre Medical Centre

Reception staff are rude when ever trying to contact the surgery (including pre covid). When asking for advise can be short and ignorant. They have no consideration to patients and there circumstances. It's impossible to get through and talk to someone to get an appointment, various times I have had the phone put down, cuts off or no one answers .

I am so sorry that you have felt the need to post this comment and that you feel this way about the reception staff. Please contact me to discuss further. Without knowing who you are or what has brought this issue up I cannot resolve it. I will assure you that any complaints are taken very seriously. The new telephone system in the surgery records every call both incoming and outgoing so if you identify to me when the incident has taken place I can personally listen to the call. I hope this assures you that you are able to discuss directly with me.
