Following a visit to my GP i was advised to go IMEADIATLY to hospital. I attended A&E within 1 hour of my GP visit. As you can imagine I was very nervous, but on arrival at A&E reception i was made very welcome, and the staff seemed to sense my nervousness.
On arrival on the ward everything was taken care of, even calling the folks left behind to keep them updated. I was seen immediately and treatment began, with a full explanation as to progress.
Within 3 hours i was feeling better and was discharged.
I just couldn't fault any staff (the tea was lovely) ...... and the medical staff so competent and professional. Even the porter waited with me outside until my taxi arrived.
It is never a pleasure going to hospital but this experience came close.
Thank you so much.
