"Horrible service"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Arrived in an ambulance, 2 hours later still waiting. Went and spoke to reception just to be told the ambulance crew hadn't booked me in. Then I had to wait fresh to be seen. Another 5 hours pass, was supposed to have chest scan, didn't happen, only bloods and ecg. No diagnosis and discharged. Horrible treatment of someone suffering chest pains with depression. Masks were not enforced on any way and socail distancing wasn't happening. No hand dry towels in bathroom and no sanitizer stations around.
