"Never called back"

After waiting 49 minutes to get through, to be told needed to call 111 as no appointments left, 111 then actually booked a call back with my doctors between 11-12,, numerous calls to the doctors in the afternoon checking that I would be getting a call, to be told yes don’t worry it’s on the list. 6.30pm still no call, 111 again, finally call back at 8.30pm, anti biotics issued, a trip to the chemist at 10pm!!

Appalling service, very frustrating
