I already tried to complain regarding this clinic and called the 111 about it but nobody did nothing. I am with thus clinic from 4 years and I don't know how many times appointments have been cancelled, they shut the door on my face without help when I was single, now I am with my partner from May 2020, we contacted the clinic in January because we are not able to conceive and all we got is 2 semen analisys and a telephonic appointment moved from March to June with the explanation that the doctor is busy that day. In January when I called the doctor said that we should have wait for one year of trying before being considered while in the nhs website says that couples with women over 35 can be assisted after 6 months of trying. What can happen in June when I will be 38 and half in this telephonic appointment? Nothing else than hoping to have further investigations. This means months and months of more waiting despite the pandemic will be hopefully over. This means giving them one more year of my fertility life to be treated in this way. This means to not understand the stress, depression and sense of abandon that they provoke added to the frustration of not getting pregnant.
