Since previous consultant retired regular "ear toilet" mostly performed by disinterested registrars who don't care about damaging my eardrums.
No interest in discussing any further issues relating to inner ear problems.
Have to queue for 2 hours for outpatient "appointments" due to their appalling systems, for treatment that takes 1 minute.
Why are you always complaining about patients missing appointments when you regularly cancel mine?
I have not dared to go back for any more recent outpatient appointments due to the appalling queueing system with packed benches of waiting patients.
No wonder Poole Hospital has such a bad becord for pre-COVID infection control and for hospital acquire COVID.
