"Cannot book an appointment"

Fantastic service but cannot make an appointment! All appointments on the app have suddenly disappeared, and I've now just found out that everyone that had never had the app haven't been able to book an appointment except on the day for YEARS. How the hell have they let this happen?! Absolutely disgusted and then I found out it charges while you're waiting to hear whether you've been successful getting an appointment that day. Must be a headache for the staff as much as it is for the patients and totally unsustainable. Do better.

Thank you for your comment and taking the time to complete the review, the Practice is always very happy to receive comments, feedback or complaints to help us improve our service. Unfortunately it is down to the patient's phone provider in relation to the cost of the call. Our appointment system is being reviewed on a weekly basis based on clinical availability.
